24. Delegation of Powers

(1) The Board may delegate some of the powers granted to it according to this order to the chairman, members, sub-committee or secretary as per section 18.

(2) Sub-section (1) ) notwithstanding anything written in the Board shall not be entitled to delegate the following powers:-
(a) Regarding the performance evaluation of the executive head under section 15,
(b) relating to the examination under section 17, or
(c) Relating to award, continuation of service and recommendation for election purposes as per section 19.
